FASHION DESIGN AND LINE DEVELOPMENT

Your collection or designs can be developed from your sketches or you can provide us with inspirational samples. Our team of fashion professionals will take your ideas into patterns development, your line into salesman samples. Our technical team members have deep knowledge and experience working with developing technical specifications for branded labels.

Our design studio and sample room offer proficient services in product design, fashion illustrations, graphic designs, linesheet composition and textile print designs. We offer both hand drawn fashion sketches and CAD illustration services.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS, GRADING AND MARKING

Technical specifications allow us to interpret your designs technically through measurements, fit specifications, fabric, trim and colorways and stitching details to prepare your line for stock production. Our technical designers take pride in seeing that your ideas are accurately interpreted and your designs are well made through an iterative fit review process. We will help coordinate your fit sessions by hiring professional fit models for your line.

Our in-house Optitex system and 60-inch plotter will meet most production needs. Grading and marking are done in-house here at our design studio.

MANUFACTURING

IX design and manufacturing team is based in North Texas in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex. This is where our design team of highly talented professionals transforms ideas and creations for our US-based designers. We have capabilities to sew both woven and knits. We have equipment for high-end designer swimwear and lingerie production. We offer small runs here in the US of high quality products for the designer market. Our overseas partners are located in China and India, we can assist in managing the quality and delivery.
