You have an idea for a clothing line. What kind of customers will you be serving?
Many of my entrepreneur clients are creating their dreams by serving their customers of garments that they want, need and obsessed with having in their own lives. If you are a representation of the market, this could turn into a brand that may stick.
Know your audience, what are you making that will help others solve their problems.
Tip #2 - Gather inspirations for a story board
Download inspirations, create a story board that tells stories with styles and colors. Professional full-time designers rely on inspirations, and then they start putting them into an organized set of stories to help guide the journey in initial conceptualization for each collection.
